Single Page Forms

• Contact Form - simple contact form
• File Upload Form - handle multiple file uploads. The uploaded files can be sent to the owner of the website.
• Image Upload Form - form that allows a user to send us a picture.
• Advanced Mail Form - advanced form with javascript. This forms allows the user to attach files to the message.
• Simple Form - a simple form which includes radio buttons, check buttons, multiple selection list, menu list, textareas, and text boxes.
• Validation Form - powerful validation functions.

Multiple Pages Forms

• Order Form - order form for users to order products. After the user is satisfied with their order they can checkout with PayPal. The actual order information will be sent to the owner of the website and an invoice will also be sent to the user.
• Conditional Form - redirect a user to a certain page depending on which radio button they select.
• Job Application Form - a job application form that spans through 3 pages. On the third page there is a preview button which allows the user to view the results before submitting any information. If the user is not satisfied with the results they see on the preview page they can go back and edit it. There is also a resume later feature which allows the user to leave the form and come back to finish the form later. A great feature if you plan on having a very long multi page form. Also, fields that are inputted incorrectly are highlighted in red.
