1. Unzip the pack to your hard drive.
2. Configure the Ollance Mail Pro script file for mail server and path.
3. Open up your FTP program.
4. Connect to your web server (it can also be a secure web server).
5. Upload the files to your main web site folder.
Setup your forms and upload your form page templates and associated configuration file to the directory you set for the home directory.
Now that you have the script installed, you can view your form.

5. Run from your browser http://domain.com/admin/install.php
